双腔永久起搏器植入术后患者反复心悸1例

摘　　要：本文报道1例双腔永久起搏器术后反复发作心悸患者,因“反复心悸1个月余”就诊。永久起搏器术后患者出现心悸原因很多,包括期前收缩、心房颤动、房性心动过速等非起搏器相关的,还有一些起搏器相关的,如感知故障、双腔起搏器介导的心动过速、特殊功能的开启等,需要及时明确具体病因并予以处理,以改善患者症状及避免不良后果。该患者行心电图及程控仪检查后考虑起搏器介导的心动过速,予以药物治疗及起搏器参数调整后心悸未再发作。This paper reported a patient with recurrent palpitation after the operation of a double-chamber permanent pacemaker.There are many reasons for palpitation in patients after the operation of a permanent pacemaker,including prephase contraction,atrial fibrillation,atrial tachycardia and other non-pacemaker related reasons,as well as some pacemaker related reasons,such as sensory failure,double-chamber pacemaker mediated tachycardia,and the opening of special functions.In order to improve the symptoms of patients and avoid adverse consequences,it is necessary to identify the specific causes and deal with them in time.After electrocardiography and program-controlled instrument examination,pacemaker mediated tachycardia was considered,and medication and pacemaker parameter adjustment were given to the patient,and palpitation did not occur again.
