摘　　要：大学生返乡就业有助于推动乡村全面振兴。针对大学生返乡就业存在的问题,提出创新就业理念、完善就业政策、拓宽就业渠道、加大就业培训等四个路径,以此推进大学生返乡就业。Returning college students to their hometowns for employment will help promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.In view of the problems existing in the employment of college students returning home,four approaches are put forward,including innovating employment ideas,improving employment policies,expanding employment channels and increasing employment training,so as to promote the employment of college students returning home.
