摘　　要：水芹,是中国古代的菜中佳品,不仅具有很高的营养价值,还有着一定的药用价值。水芹分布于中国各地,是一种高产量的野生蔬菜。本文针对野生水芹的栽培技术进行研究分析。Oenanthe javanica not only has high nutritional value,but also has certain medicinal value.It is the delicacies of ancient China and has a kind of wild vegetable with high yield,which is distributed all over China.This article will analyze and study the cultivation techniques of wild Oenanthe javanica.
