摘 要:为了查明奶牛产后21d内子宫炎的发病率及与季节、胎次、人工干预和发病阶段的关系。本研究采用现场调查结合统计学分析的方法,选择宁夏不同地区的5个规模化牧场为研究对象。结果表明:奶牛分娩后21d内子宫炎的平均发病率为7.34%,A、B、C、D、E五个牧场分别为7.81%、3.53%、2.35%、12.62%、9.65%;季节性方面,秋季发病率最高,春季最低,秋季与其他三个季节差异极显著(P<0.01);胎次方面,1胎的发病率最高,与其他胎次差异极显著(P<0.01),2胎及2胎以上发病率均无显著差异(P>0.05);人工干预方面,助产奶牛子宫炎的发病率相比自然分娩差异极显著(P<0.01);发病时间方面,主要集中在产后0~7d内。调查结果对掌握宁夏部分规模化奶牛场奶牛分娩后子宫炎的发病情况,以及早发现和控制该病发生、降低其发病率具有重要的指导意义。To identify the relationship between the incidence of uterine infections in dairy cows within 21 days after parturition and season,litter size,manual intervention and stage of onset.This study used a field survey combined with statistical analysis to select five large-scale dairy farms in different regions of Ningxia as the study population.The results showed that the average incidence of uterine infection in cows within 21 d after delivery was 7.34%,and in five farms,A,B,C,D,and E,it was 7.81%,3.53%,2.35%,12.62%and 9.65%,respectively;seasonally,the incidence was highest in autumn and lowest in spring,and the difference between autumn and the other three seasons was highly significant(P<0.01);in terms of litter size,the incidence rate of 1 litter was the highest,with highly significant differences from other litters(P<0.01),and there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of 2 and more litters(P>0.05);in terms of manual intervention,the incidence rate of uterine infection in assisted cows was highly significant compared with natural birth(P<0.01);and in terms of time of onset,it was mainly concentrated in the 0-7 d period.The findings have important guiding significance for grasping the incidence of postpartum uterine infections in dairy cows in some large-scale dairy farms in Ningxia,as well as for early detection and control of the disease and reduction of its incidence.
