摘  要:本案例分析旨在对超大型奶牛场的粪污管理系统提供借鉴与参考。本文介绍了中博农(中利)牧业有限公司粪污系统,特别是在资源化利用以及温室气体排放方面进行了详细的阐述和分析。结果表明,奶牛场现在所使用的垫料烘干系统可以更快更灵活地为超大型奶牛场提供牧场所需的垫料,节省了奶牛场外购垫料的开支,一年可以节省约千万元的垫料成本;在碳减排方面,从舍内清粪工艺,到最终的农田施用的处置,每一环节都尽可能减少了温室气体的排放,符合当下的“双碳”政策,真正保证了奶牛养殖业绿色可持续的良性发展。To provide reference for the manure management system of super large dairy farms,this paper describes and analyzes the manure system of ADF Zhong Li Dairy Farm,especially in terms of resource utilization and greenhouse gas emissions.The results show that manure drying system currently used in dairy can provide the bedding required by the more quickly and flexibly,saving the cost of outsourcing bedding for dairy,and saving about 10 million YUAN of bedding cost per year.In terms of carbon emission reduction,from the house manure cleaning process to the final disposal of farmland application,it has been achieved to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible,conform with"double carbon"policy,and truly ensure the green and sustainable development of dairy.
