摘　　要：发达的海洋经济是建设海洋强国的重要支撑。在回顾海洋经济统计发展历程和发展现状的基础上,开展了海洋强国战略背景下海洋经济统计的发展需求调查与分析。结果显示:海洋经济统计对海洋强国战略支撑匹配度整体处于中等偏上水平,但在统计内容、统计渠道、统计共享等方面的短板仍较为突出,与海洋强国战略对海洋经济统计的要求有一定差距,对海洋强国建设的决策支撑能力仍显不足。建议对接海洋强国战略需求,从统计站位、统计内容、统计质量、统计速度、统计决策5个方面,优化提升海洋经济统计现代化水平和决策支撑能力。A developed marine economy is an important support for building a marine power.On the basis of reviewing the development history and current situation of marine economic statistics,this paper conducts an investigation and analysis of the development needs of marine economic statistics under the background of the strategy of becoming a maritime power.The results show that the matching degree of marine economic statistics to the strategic support of marine power is generally above the middle level,but the weaknesses in statistical content,statistical channels,statistical sharing and other aspects are still relatively prominent,there is a certain gap with the requirements of marine economic statistics of the marine power strategy,and the decision-making support capacity for the construction of marine power is still insufficient.It is suggested that the modernization level of marine economic statistics and the decision support ability should be optimized and improved from five aspects:statistical location,statistical content,statistical quality,statistical speed and statistical decision-making.
