摘 要:部分光伏无序、不科学接入现象的出现,增加了网络的有功功率损耗并降低了电能质量。配电台区间拓扑优化及其智能化发展为该类问题提供了解决思路,提出了一种基于改进二进制粒子群(modified binary particle swarm optimization,MBPSO)的配电台区间拓扑优化方法。首先,构建了考虑分布式光伏接入的配电台区间拓扑优化数学模型;然后,基于功率矩计算方法建立自适应负荷调整网络矩阵,在此基础上考虑种群进化特征,基于各粒子与最优粒子间的海明距离计算海明距离均值和分布因子,分别来改进二进制粒子群的惯性权重和学习因子,减少不可行解出现的概率,更好地平衡了算法的全局和局部寻优能力,提升算法搜索效率和收敛速度;最后,基于山东省某实际配电网等效拓扑,采用所提MBPSO算法对模型进行求解,算例结果验证了所提方法的可行性。The emergence of some disordered and unscientific photovoltaic integration phenomena increased active power loss and reduced power quality of distribution system.The topological optimization and intelligent development of low-voltage distribution networks provide solutions to these problems.This paper presents a distribution network topology optimization method based on modified binary particle swarm optimization(MBPSO).Firstly,a topology optimization model for low-voltage distribution networks considering distributed photovoltaic integration is built.Then,based on the power moment calculation method to establish an adaptive load regulation matrix.On this basis,considering the population evolution characteristics,based on the Hemming distance between each particle and the optimal particle,the mean Heming distance and distribution factor are calculated respectively to improve the binary particle swarm inertia weight and learning factor,reduce the probability of the occurrence of infeasible solutions,better balance the global search and local search optimization capabilities of the algorithm,and improve the algorithm search efficiency and convergence speed.Finally,based on the equivalent topology of a real distribution network in Shandong province,the model is solved using the MBPSO algorithm.The results of the example prove the feasibility of the proposed method.
