摘 要:为研究Yb掺杂CaZrO_(3)体系质子导体的物化性能,以分析纯CaCO_(3),ZrO_(2)及Yb_(2)O_(3)为原料,经固相反应法在1873 K温度下烧结10h制备得到了Yb掺杂CaZrO_(3)质子导体电解质。利用电化学工作站分别测试了5%H_(2)O-95%N_(2)和5%D_(2)O(重水)-95%N_(2)气氛中电解质的阻抗,并获得了电阻弛豫曲线。采用自行设计的数学算法和计算机程序确定了不同温度下氢在电解质试样中的化学扩散系数。计算结果表明,在1073~1373K温度下,CaZr_(0.85)Yb_(0.15)O_(3)-α电解质中氢的化学扩散系数为1.24×10^(-6)~2.23×10^(-6)cm^(2)/s;而CaZr_(0.8)Yb_(0.2)O_(3-α)中氢的化学扩散系数为1.47×10^(-6)~6.67×10^(-6)cm^(2)/s。氢化学扩散系数与温度的关系式分别为D_(H)=1.60×10^(-5)e^(-22499/RT)和D_(H)=1.22×10^(-3)e^(-59509/RT),而对应的扩散激活能分别为0.62和0.23 eV。In order to study the physicochemical properties of Yb-doped CaZrO_(3)proton conductor,Yb-doped CaZrO_(3)electrolyte was prepared by solid phase reaction at 1873K for 10 h using analytical pure CaCO_(3),ZrO_(2)and Yb_(2)O_(3)as raw materials.The impedance of the electrolyte in 5%H_(2)O-95%N_(2)and 5%D_(2)O(heavy water)-95%N_(2)atmospheres was measured by electrochemical workstation,and the resistance delay curves were obtained.The chemical diffusivity of hydrogen in electrolyte samples at different temperatures was determined by using self-designed mathematical algorithm and computer program.The results show that the chemical diffusivity of hydrogen in CaZr_(0.85)Yb_(0.15)O_(3)-αelectrolyte is in the range of 1.24×10^(-6)~2.23×10^(-6)cm^(2)/s at the temperature of 1073~1373 K.However,the chemical diffusion coefficients of hydrogen in CaZr_(0.8)Yb_(0.2)O_(3-α)is between 1.47×10^(-6)~6.67×10^(-6)cm^(2)/s.The relationships between hydrogen diffusion coefficient and temperature are D_(H)=1.60×10^(-5)e^(-22499/RT)and D_(H)=1.22×10^(-3)e^(-59509/RT),respectively.Moreover,the corresponding diffusion activation energy is 0.62 eV and 0.23 eV,respectively.
