摘　　要：目前我国“三农”工作转向全面推进乡村振兴的历史阶段。乡村振兴战略为中国式现代化提供坚实战略支撑。乡村振兴战略之“三重逻辑”的背景、“三个现代化”的任务与“四项遵循”的原则构成了其基本意涵。立足于全面推进中国式现代化的大背景,实施乡村振兴战略需要在把握技术创新、人才培养、现代治理三个基本着力点的前提下,坚持和加强党的全面领导,坚持走中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,坚持深化改革开放。At present,the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China has shifted to the historical stage of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.The rural revitalization strategy provides solid strategic support for Chinese-style modernization.The background of“triple logic”,the task of“three modernizations”and the principle of“four guidelines”constitute the basic meaning of the rural revitalization strategy.The rural revitalization strategy contains three basic focuses,technological innovation,talent cultivation and modern governance.On the premise of grasping the three focuses of rural revitalization strategy under the background of building a socialist modern country,we need to uphold the overall leadership of the Party,follow the road of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,apply the people-centered development philosophy,and advance the deepening of reform and opening up,so as to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in a comprehensive way.
