摘　　要：Wallis动态稳定系统作为腰椎非融合技术中的一种手术方式,是由棘间阻滞剂和涤纶人造韧带构成,在保持脊柱稳定的同时保留病变节段一定的活动度。近年来,研究发现Wallis动态稳定系统对腰椎退行性疾病治疗具有重要意义,既能改善临床症状,也能有效延缓邻近节段退变等并发症。本文通过综述Wallis动态稳定系统与腰椎退行性疾病相关的文献,阐述了Wallis动态稳定系统治疗腰椎退行性疾病的远期预后效果,为治疗腰椎退行性疾病的术式选择提供理论依据及参考。Wallis dynamic stabilization system is a surgical approach in the non-fusion technique of lumbar spine,consisting of interspinous blockers and dacron artificial ligaments that provide stability to the spine while maintaining a degree of motion in the affected segment.Recent studies have demonstrated the significant benefits of Wallis dynamic stabilization system in treating lumbar degenerative diseases.It not only improves clinical symptoms,but also effectively delays complications such as adjacent segmental degeneration.This paper aims to review the literature related to the Wallis dynamic stabilization system and degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine to describe the long-term prognostic effect of this system in the treatment of such diseases.This review provides a theoretical basis and reference for selecting surgical methods to treat degenerative diseases of the lumbar spine.
