艾滋病合并肺结核双重感染护理进展

摘　　要：近些年来,随着结核发病率的逐年上升,艾滋病合并肺结核的患者数量越来越多。肺结核会在一定程度上加重艾滋病患者的病情,威胁患者的生命安全。根据实际调查显示,大约有40%的艾滋病患者死于肺结核,与此同时,艾滋病的流行也刺激了肺结核的大范围传播。结核病与艾滋病的同时传播已经成为世界范围内最严重且影响力最大的公共卫生问题。艾滋病合并肺结核患者自身抵抗力较弱,病情十分复杂,容易导致体内结核病大范围传播和扩散,影响抗结核效果,造成病情延误或加重,且患者容易产生耐药性。艾滋病逐渐成为结核病甚至耐多药结核病的传染源,加上艾滋病具有传染性,给结核病的预防和治疗带来了巨大的风险和挑战。本文综述了艾滋病合并肺结核双重感染的护理进展,旨在通过深入地研究为艾滋病合并肺结核双重感染的临床防治工作提供值得参考意见和建议。In recent years,with the incidence rate of the tuberculosis rising year by year,the number of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is increasing.Pulmonary tuberculosis will aggravate the condition of AIDS patients to a certain extent and threaten the life safety of patients.According to the actual survey,about 40%of AIDS patients died of pulmonary tuberculosis.At the same time,the prevalence of AIDS has also stimulated the large-scale spread of pulmonary tuberculosis.The simultaneous spread of tuberculosis and AIDS has become the most serious and influential public health problem in the world.AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis have weak resistance and complex conditions,which are likely to lead to the large-scale spread and diffusion of tuberculosis in the body,affect the anti tuberculosis effect,cause disease delay or aggravation,and patients are prone to drug resistance.AIDS has gradually become the source of infection of tuberculosis and even multi drug resistant tuberculosis,in addition,AIDS is infectious,which brings huge risks and challenges to the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.This article reviews the nursing progress of AIDS combined with pulmonary tuberculosis coinfection,aiming to provide valuable advice and suggestions for the clinical prevention and treatment of AIDS combined with pulmonary tuberculosis coinfection through in-depth research.
