摘 要:文章通过金相组织、夹杂物分析和力学性能测试,研究了显微组织和夹杂物对Q345B和Q355钢板力学性能的影响。结果表明:Q345B和Q355钢板组织主要为铁素体和珠光体,钢板心部存在偏析现象。晶粒度越细钢板的屈服强度越高,珠光体含量高时抗拉强度高;块状铁素体能够明显提高屈服强度,降低夹杂物总量能够有效提升钢材延伸率。In this article,the effects of microstructure and inclusions on the mechanical properties of Q345B and Q355 steel plates were studied through metallographic structure analysis,inclusion analysis,and mechanical property testing.The results show that the microstructure of Q345B and Q355 steel plates are mainly ferrite and pearlite,and there is seg-regation in the center of the steel plates.The finer the grain size,the higher the yield strength of the steel plate.The higher the pearlite content,the higher the tensile strength.Granular ferrite can significantly improve the yield strength,and reducing the total amount of inclusions can effectively improve the elongation of steel.
