摘  要:为了加快低温压力容器用钢国产化研发,某钢厂借助科研院所、高校等外部研发资源进行新材料的研发,并与产业链下游用户进行应用推广合作,成功开发出一种厚度6-50mm低温压力容器钢板。系列检测试验结果表明:某钢厂研制的低温压力容器用钢在纯净度、组织控制、强度和低温韧性等实物性能优良,满足LNG储罐等低温环境用钢的供货技术要求,具备工程应用条件。In order to accelerate the domestic R&D of low-temperature pressure vessel steel,a steel factory has conducted the new materials R&D with the supports of external R&D resources like scientific research institutes and universities.Meantime,the factory also works with its downstream users of the industrial chain for application promotion,who finally developed a low-temperature pressure vessel steel plate with thickness ranges from 6-50mm.The results of a series of inspections and tests indicate that the low-temperature pressure vessel steel developed by that steel factory performed well in several aspects such as purity,organization control,strength,and low-temperature toughness.The properties of the steel plate are excellent enough to meet the supply technical requirements of low-temperature environment steel such as LNG storage tanks,possessing the engineering application conditions.
