摘 要:为研究新型耐磨镀层砧座对夏比冲击试验结果的影响,选择全新有镀层和无镀层砧座,分别使用低能量级、中能量级和高能量级的标准弧形试样进行试验。试验结果表明:有镀层的砧座试验结果偏低,且能量级越高结果偏低越明显。分析有镀层座其表面硬度偏高,降低了表面摩擦力为结果偏离的主要原因。夏比冲击试验方法未对砧座硬度有明确规定,建议标准修订时补充相关要求。In order to study the effect of the new wear-resistant coated anvil on the results of Charpy impact test,the impact test was carried out on the arc shape specimens with low,medium and high energy levels respectively by using brand-new coated and uncoated anvils.The test results showed that the test results of the coated anvil were relatively low,and the higher the energy level is,the more obvious the result is.The main reason for the deviation in the results is the high surface hardness of the coated anvil,which reduces the surface friction.Charpy impact test method does not specify the hardness requirement on anvil.It is recommended to add the relevant requirements during the standard revision.
