生石灰粉供应商质量管理体系审核实践浅析

摘　　要：供烧结、球团、高炉、炼钢等使用的辅料种类繁多,供应商质量管理体系运行情况参差不齐。文章以生石灰粉供应商审核为例,对启动审核、审核准备、审核实施、评价表与审核报告的编写和传递、审核完成、审核后续活动等典型审核流程进行探讨,以促进供应商持续贯彻ISO9001:2015质量体系要求,确保供应商质量体系运行是充分、适宜和有效的,提高供应商稳定提供合格产品的能力。There are many kinds of auxiliary materials for sintering,pelletizing,blast furnace,steelmaking and other processes,and the operation of the supplier quality management system is uneven.Taking the audit of quicklime powder suppliers as an example,this article discusses the typical audit process,including starting audit,audit preparation,audit implementation,compilation and delivery of evaluation form and audit report,audit completion and other follow-up activities,so as to promote the supplier to continuously implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality System,ensure a full,appropriate and effective operation of the supplier's quality system,and improve the ability of suppliers to provide qualified products stably.
