摘  要:在高压直流输电工程中,阀组控制系统的主要功能是根据直流电流参考值或直流电压参考值进行直流电流控制器、直流电压控制器、熄弧角控制器的闭环控制,并将产生的触发角指令转换成触发脉冲,对于高压直流输电系统的安全稳定运行作用重大。本文以陕武工程某换流变进线电压互感器(PT)断线故障为例,分析故障后阀组闭锁原因,提出软件优化方案,对原有同步电压故障逻辑进行优化。现场试验表明,优化后的阀组控制程序能够快速响应故障,及时切换阀组控制系统,保障直流系统运行稳定。In high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission project,the main function of the converter control system is to carry out closed-loop control of DC current controller,DC voltage controller and arc extinguishing angle controller according to the DC current reference value or DC voltage reference value,and convert the firing angle instructions to firing pulses,which plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the HVDC transmission system.A case study is made on the incoming potential transformer(PT)fault of converter transformer in Shanbei-Wuhan project.The reason of converter block is analyzed after incoming PT fault.A software optimization scheme is proposed and the original synchronous voltage fault logic is optimized.The experimental results show that the optimized converter control system is able to respond to fault quickly,switch converter control system timely and ensure the stable operation of the DC system.
