摘　　要：图书馆是一个不断发展的有机体。对当前湖南省高校图书馆发展现状进行思考,有助于促进图书馆事业的进步。在文献调研的基础上,利用“教育部高校图书馆事实数据库”,对近6年湖南地区一本高校图书馆的相关数据进行比较分析,揭示湖南省高校图书馆发展特点:人员女性化、老龄化、低学历;总经费缩减,资源购买力不佳;电子资源使用率提高,校外访问需求增大;基础服务弱化,深层服务不足。需从优化人力资源结构、合理规划经费使用、提高资源获取便利性、创新服务方式等方面进行不断探索。Library is a growing organism.Thinking about the present situation of university library development in Hunan Province is helpful to promote the progress of library industry.On the basis of literature investigation,using the university library fact database of the Ministry of Education,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the relevant data of the first-tier universities in Hunan in recent five years,and reveals the characteristics of the development status of university libraries in Hunan Province:more female staff,aging,and low education background;reduced total expenditure and poor purchasing power of resources;the increasing utilization rate of electronic resources,and the increased demand for off-campus access;weakened basic services and insufficient deep services.It is necessary to optimize the structure of human resources,rationally plan the use of funds,improve the convenience of obtaining resources,and innovate the service mode.
