摘　　要：通过对国内外11家地球科学领域数据中心应用FAIR原则数据的搜集、分析与评估,了解国内外数据中心在数据管理方面的现状与差异,旨在推动FAIR原则在国内的普及与应用。融合国外FAIR评估指标研究成果,制定了评估指标模型;通过人工方式搜集信息,对11个科学数据中心在可发现、可访问、可互操作以及可重用4个方面进行评估分析,展示了国内外数据中心在服务功能、政策规范以及技术标准适用方面的异同。国外科学数据中心在FAIR原则的应用上整体水平较高,得分也较为均衡,显示出对FAIR原则较好的理解与应用水平。国内外数据中心完成度较好的两个属性是可发现性和可重用性,但是在可访问性和可互操作上还有较大的进步空间。Through collecting,analyzing and evaluating the data of 1l domestic and foreign data centers applying FAlR principles,we understand the current situation and differences of data management in domestic and foreign data centers,and promote the popularization and application of FAIR principles in China.The evaluation index model was developed by integrating the research results of foreign FAlR evaluation indexes;information was collected manually,and the ll scientific data centers were evaluated and analyzed in four aspects:findable,accessible,interoperable and reusable,demonstrating the similarities and differences of data centers in terms of service functions,policy specifications and application of technical standards.The overall level of application of FAlR principles in foreign scientific data centers is higher and the scores are more balanced,showing a better understanding and application of FAlR principles.The two attributes of the domestic and foreign data centers with better completion are findability and reusability,but there is still more room for improvement in accessibility and interoperability.
