摘　　要：长春国家自主创新示范区本着布局系统、辐射面广、全面带动和引领的原则进行建设和发展,本文从地缘状况、建设现状、已有基础条件等方面进行探索分析,针对如何促进长春国家自主创新示范区加快发展提出了策略建议,即发挥企业创新主体作用、发挥政府效能带动企业研发活动、完善产学研用的全链条科技创新体系、提升科技成果转化承接能力、建立自上而下的科技创新体系等。推动长春技术产业开发区和长春净月高新技术产业开发区实现质量升级,打造区域创新高地。Changchun National Innovation Demonstration Zone is constructed and developed in accordance with the principles of systematic layout,wide coverage,comprehensive driving and guidance.This paper explores and analyzes the geographical situation,construction status,existing basic conditions,and other aspects to propose strategic suggestions on how to promote the accelerated development of the Changchun National Innovation Demonstration Zone,namely,to play the role of enterprises as the main body of innovation,to play the role of government efficiency in driving enterprise research and development activities,to improve the full chain sci-tech innovation system for industry-university-research-utilization,to enhance the ability to undertake the transformation of sci-tech achievements,and to establish a top-down sci-tech innovation system,so as to promote the quality upgrading of Changchun High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and Changchun Jingyue High-Tech Industrial Development Zone,and create a regional innovation highland.
