摘　　要：为解决前人对装配式建筑施工质量问题与影响因素梳理不够全面、系统的问题,对装配式建筑施工质量问题与影响因素展开研究。首先通过文献研究,总结了前人研究的一些成果与存在的不足;其次对装配式建筑施工主要质量问题进行了分类,包括预制构件制作中存在的质量问题、预制构件运输与存放过程中存在的质量问题、施工过程中存在的质量问题、成品保护过程中存在的质量问题四大类,并对每一大类进行了细化;最后介绍了装配式建筑施工主要质量问题影响因素。本次研究内容较为全面、系统,具有一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problems that predecessors did not sort out the construction quality problems and influencing factors of prefabricated building comprehensively and systematically,the construction quality problems and influencing factors of prefabricated building were studied.Firstly,through literature research,some of the achievements and shortcomings of previous studies were summarized;secondly,the main quality problems in the construction of prefabricated building are classified into four categories,including the quality problems existing in the production of prefabricated components,the quality problems existing in the transportation and storage of prefabricated components,the quality problems existing in the construction process and the quality problems existing in the protection of finished products,and each category is refined;finally,it introduces the main factors affecting the quality of prefabricated building construction.The content of this study is relatively comprehensive and systematic,and has certain reference value.
