摘  要:在高速铁路牵引供电系统中,针对变配电专业采用气体绝缘组合电器设备(GIS)高压开关柜的组合电器形式,其中的电气设备在设计之初就定义为免维护的形式,但在实际运营中,高压断路器在行业规程中是要求对其进行机械特性进行测试的,且其机械特性的优劣也直接影响着整个供电系统的运行安全。有鉴于此,设计出一套专用的试验设备,针对GIS高压开关柜断路器的电气结构特点,利用分、合闸线圈得电作为起始条件,利用分、合闸时线路电气设备的电量变化作为终止条件,进行综合分析,得到断路器机械特性中的分、合闸和弹跳时间,从而实现对此断路器的状态判别。In the traction power supply system of high-speed railways,gas insulated composite electrical equipment(GIS)high-voltage switchgear is used for the transformation and distribution profession.The electrical equipment is defined as a maintenance free form at the beginning of design,but in actual operation,the mechanical characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers are required to be tested in industry regulations,and its mechanical characteristics directly affect the operational safety of the entire power supply system.In view of this,a dedicated testing equipment is designed to address the electrical structural characteristics of GIS high-voltage switchgear circuit breakers.The opening and closing coils are energized as the starting condition,and the electrical changes of the line electrical equipment during opening and closing are used as the ending condition.A comprehensive analysis is conducted to obtain the opening,closing,and bounce times in the mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker,thereby achieving the state discrimination of the circuit breaker.
