摘 要:为解决当前城市轨道交通桥梁支座更换后存在支座顺向位移和竖向位移较大、无法保证桥梁整体结构质量的问题,对其施工技术进行了探讨研究。按照原有城市轨道交通桥梁支座失效判别、支座更换施工准备、钢蝴蝶梁与钢套箍法联合支座更换施工的思路,提出乐一种新的施工工艺。通过实例验证,新施工工艺的应用可将桥梁支座顺向位移和竖向位移控制在合理范围内。In order to solve the problem of large longitudinal and vertical displacement of bearings after replacement of urban rail transit bridge bearings,which cannot ensure the overall structural quality of the bridge,the construction technology is explored and studied.A new construction process is proposed according to the idea of the original urban rail transit bridge bearing failure discrimination,bearing replacement construction preparation,and the joint bearing replacement construction of steel butterfly beam and steel ferrule method.Through example verification,the application of new construction technology can control the longitudinal and vertical displacement of bridge bearings within a reasonable range.
