摘　　要：目的探讨经验性回避、大学生寻求心理帮助的自我污名与自我同情之间的关系。方法选取江苏省某高校385人(男性126人,女性259人),运用接纳与行动问卷第2版(AAQ-Ⅱ)、简版自我同情问卷(SCS-SF)、寻求心理帮助的自我污名问卷(SSOSH)进行测量。结果①经验性回避与寻求心理帮助的自我污名呈正相关(r=0.251,P<0.01),经验性回避与自我同情呈负相关(r=-0.56,P<0.01),自我同情与寻求心理帮助的自我污名呈负相关(r=-0.329,P<0.01);②自我同情在经验性回避对寻求心理帮助的自我污名影响中发挥完全中介作用。结论经验性回避通过降低自我同情而增加寻求心理帮助的自我污名。Objective To investigate the relationship among experiential avoidance,self-stigma of seeking help,and self-compassion in college students.Methods A total of 385 college students(126 males and 259 females)from a higher education school in Jiangsu province were included and investigated using the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire versionⅡ(AAQ-Ⅱ),the Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form(SCS-SF)and the Self-Stigma of Seeking Help Scale(SSOSH).Results①Experiential avoidance was correlated positively with self-stigma of seeking help(r=0.251,P<0.01)and negatively with self-compassion(r=-0.560,P<0.01).Self-compassion was significantly in negative correlation with self-stigma of seeking help(r=-0.329,P<0.01).②Self-compassion had a full mediating role in the relationship between experiential avoidance and self-stigma of seeking help.Conclusion Experiential avoidance adds to the self-stigma of seeking mental help by reducing the self-compassion.
