装配式建筑成本影响因素指标构建及实证分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国装配式建筑处于快速发展阶段,由于对装配式建筑成本缺乏系统的控制和管理,使得装配式建筑成本大大增加,阻碍了装配式建筑的进一步发展。通过分析装配式建筑成本的构成,借助文献和案例资料的分析,构建了装配式建筑成本影响因素的指标体系,以此设计调研问卷,采用SPSS软件实证分析各因素对装配式建筑成本的影响,并从设计、生产、运输、安装以及其他等五个方面提出了相应的成本控制对策。In recent years,prefabricated buildings in China are at the stage of rapid development.Due to the lack of systematic control and management for the cost of prefabricated buildings,the cost of prefabricated buildings has been greatly increased,which hinders the further development of prefabricated buildings.By analyzing the composition of the prefabricated building cost,with the help of the analysis of literature and case data,this paper constructs an indicator system for the influencing factors of the prefabricated building cost,designs a survey questionnaire,empirically analyzes the impacts of various factors on the prefabricated building cost by using SPSS software,and puts forward the corresponding cost control countermeasures from the five aspects of design,production,transportation,installation and others.
