编辑家孙犁对文学新人的培养

摘　　要：孙犁既是著名作家,也是著名编辑家。革命根据地时期,孙犁热心于业余文艺作者的稿件编辑,出版文艺写作指导书籍,着力培养文艺通讯员和新人作者。新中国初期,孙犁扎根《文艺周刊》这一边缘化的编辑岗位,坚守其独具特色的编辑理念,积极参与文学新人培养实践,培养出一批颇具影响力的工人作家和乡土文学作家,为新中国文学新人培养工程做出了重要贡献。Sun Li was a famous writer and also a famous editor.During the period of the revolutionary base,Sun Li was enthusiastic about editing the manuscripts of amateur literary and art authors,and published books to guide literary and art writing and focused on the cultivation of literary and art correspondents and new authors.In the early days of new China,Sun Li took root in the editorial post of Literature and Art Weekly,adhered to his unique editorial concept,actively participated in the great practice of cultivating new authors,and cultivated a large number of influential worker writers and local literature writers,making important contributions to the cultivation project of new Chinese literary talents.
