摘 要:由于陀螺电机在运转时的振动情况无法被常规测试项目检测,导致其作为一种常发故障成为陀螺电机在使用中的难题。以轴承缺陷及谐振造成的陀螺电机振动为研究对象,通过激光测振输出信号,运用小波包变换进行信号分析,得到振动频率谱。存在缺陷并不代表陀螺电机不可使用,为提升振动频率谱的实际使用性,在传统陀螺电机故障频率之外增加与陀螺系统自身频率点的对比并进行评估,实验测试结果与实际使用情况的比对可确认该方法具有可行性,可定位陀螺电机振动故障原因,并在陀螺系统协振频率基础上提高生产质量。Because the vibration of gyroscope motor can not be detected by routine test items,it becomes a difficult problem in the use of gyroscope motor as a common fault.In this paper,the vibration of gyroscope motor caused by bearing defects and resonance is the research object.The vibration frequency spectrum is obtained by analyzing the output signal of laser vibration measurement with wavelet packet transform.The existence of defects does not mean that the gyroscope motor can not be used.In order to improve the practical application of vibration frequency spectrum,the frequency points of the fault frequency of the gyroscope motor are compared with the frequency points of the gyroscope system,and the results are evaluated.The experiment results show that the method is feasible and can locate the vibration fault of gyroscope motor,and improve the quality of production based on the vibration frequency of gyroscope system.
