摘　　要：国家“十四五”规划纲要明确提出“加快数字化发展、建设数字中国”的总体要求,构建新型电力系统是电力行业的重要举措。新型电力系统离不开变电站的数字化、智能化建设,提出一种应用IEC 61850标准的智能变电站建模方法,可实现智能变电站的信息数字化、功能集成化、结构紧凑化和状态可视化,契合新型电力系统建设要求。The outline of the national“14th Five-Year Plan”clearly puts forward the overall requirements of“accelerating digital development and building digital China”,and the construction of a new power system is an important measure of the power industry.The digital and intelligent construction of substation is indispensable to the new power system.It proposes a modeling method of intelligent substation based on IEC 61850 standard,which can realize the information digitization,function integration,compact structure and state visualization of intelligent substation,and can meet the requirements of new power system construction.
