摘　　要：火电厂的四大管道是重要的高温高压部件,尤其是主蒸汽管道由于其内部介质温度高、压力大,一直是火电厂金属监督工作的重点,从火电厂基建开始就进行全过程安全监督。但有时由于各种原因,依然会发生泄漏事故,导致较大的经济损失和风险。因此及时进行泄漏原因分析,制定科学的处理方案,杜绝泄漏事故的发生是降低风险的必要手段。通过分析600 MW机组高调门后主蒸汽导汽管泄漏的原因,提出合理的处理办法,力求减少设备损坏,减少机组非停,确保人身及设备安全,提高火电的安全性、经济性。The four major pipelines of thermal power plants have important hightemperature and highpressure components,especially the main steam pipeline because of its high internal medium temperature and high pressure.It has always been the focus of metal supervision in thermal power plants,which hadthe whole process of safety supervisionstarting from the construction of thermal power plants.But sometimes terrible leak accidentsstill occur,resulting in great economic losses and insecurity risks.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the risk by analyzing the cause of leakage in time,formulating a scientific treatment plan,and preventing the occurrence of leakage events.It analyzes the reasons for the leakage of the main steam conduit behind the high-profile door of the 600 MW unit,and proposes reasonable solutions.It strives to reduce equipments damage,reduce unit non-stop,ensure personal and equipment safety,and improve the safety and economy of thermal power generation.
