摘  要:针对空冷凝汽器风机优化运行问题,建立了凝汽器翅片管的温度分布模型,采用理论计算和现场试验相结合的方法,揭示了空冷凝汽器翅片管的温度分布规律,并据此开展了空冷风机群分区自动调节应用研究。结果表明,沿空冷凝汽器翅片管长度方向存在温度转变界面,其位置是各种因素对凝汽器换热影响的综合表征。基于该温度转变界面开发的空冷风机群分区自动调节系统简单可靠,可实现对不同分区空冷风机频率的自动控制和调节。研究成果为空冷风机群分区自动调节提供了依据。According to the optimal operation of the air-cooled condenser fans,the temperature distributionmodel of the condenser finned tube is established,and the temperature distributing regulation of the finned tube is revealed after theoretical calculation and field infrared imaging test.The application research of automatic control of the divisional air-cooling fans is also developed on basis of the regulation.The results show that there is a temperature transition interface(TTI)along the length of the finned tube whose position reflects the influence of all the factors to the air-cooling condenser's performance of heat exchanging.The automatic control system of divisional air-cooling fans developed on basis of the TTI is simple and reliable to regulate the fans in different zones by different frequency.It can be realized the frequency of air coolers in different zones is automatically controlled and adjusted.The research results provide the basis for the divisionalautomaticcontrol of air-cooling fans.
