温度对硅胶涂层面料撕裂性能的影响

摘  要:以尼龙66基布为试验材料,通过刮刀烘干式涂层工艺,探究不同热定型温度和固化温度下温度对高硅胶涂层量面料和低硅胶涂层量面料撕裂性能的影响。结果表明,在一定温度范围内,固化温度对高硅胶涂层面料的撕裂性能有明显影响,对低硅胶涂层面料的撕裂性能影响较小,热定型温度对高硅胶涂层面料和低硅胶涂层面料的撕裂性能均有明显影响。Using nylon 66 fabric as the test material,the effect of temperature on the tearing performance of high silicone coated fabric and low silicone coated fabric was studied under different heat setting temperature and curing temperature by squeegee drying type coating process.The results show that,within a certain temperature range,the curing temperature has a significant effect on the tearing performance of the high silicone coated fabric and a small effect on the tearing performance of the low silicone coated fabric.The heat setting temperature has a significant effect on the tearing performance of both the high silicone coated fabric and the low silicone coated fabric.
