汽车内饰用座椅面料产品标准的对比分析

摘　　要：随着汽车工业的高速发展,汽车内饰用座椅面料也在不断发展,产品的质量检测和控制逐渐受到重视。然而,国内外关于汽车内饰用座椅面料产品的相关标准繁多,各企业执行的标准也有所差异,检测标准不统一。主要对汽车座椅面料相关产品标准进行对比,选取部分现行标准,分析各标准中力学性能指标、色牢度指标、安全性能检测指标之间的异同,并探究了标准设定差异的原因。研究结果显示,在国家标准、国外车企标准、地方标准和企业标准中,同一指标的测试要求差异不大,但是企业标准中各测试指标的要求会相对提高。研究旨在促进我国汽车内饰用座椅面料相关标准的完善,为我国汽车内饰用座椅面料的检测及相关研究提供参考,并为建立统一的国际标准打下基础。With the rapid development of automobile industry,the demand on seat fabrics used in automobile interior trim is growing,and product testing and quality control of seat fabrics have received much attention.However,there are many standards on seat fabrics around the world.The standards implemented by various enterprises are different,and they are not uniform.Testing standards for seat fabrics were compared in the paper.Some of current standards were selected,the similarities and differences of the mechanical property indicators,color fastness indicators and safety performance indicators were analyzed,and the reasons for the differences were explored.It is found that there is little difference in the same index requirements among all the standards,but the requirements of each test index in the enterprise standards are relatively high.The results might promote the improvement of standards on seat fabrics used in automotive interior trim,provide reference for the test and research of seat fabrics,and lay foundation for the establishment of an international standard.
