摘　　要：临床决策支持系统可根据指南的建议为医护人员提供有针对性的患者诊疗照护方案,辅助医护人员进行临床护理决策。但是,在临床实践应用中,基于指南的临床决策支持系统执行依从性也不佳。因此,本文将从系统因素、个人因素、组织因素和环境因素4个方面进行基于指南的临床决策支持系统使用依从性影响因素的综述,以利于在未来的研究和临床实践中,有针对性的改善阻碍因素,促进基于指南的临床决策支持系统的应用。The clinical decision support system can provide medical staff with targeted patient diagnosis,treatment and care plan according to the recommendations of the guidelines,and assist medical staff to make clinical decisions.However,the adherence to clinical decision support system which based on guidelines was poor in clinical practice.Therefore,this article reviewed the influence factors of adherence to clinical decision support system which based on guideline from four aspects:system factors,individual factors,organizational factors and environmental factors,so as to improve the hindering factors and promote the application of clinical decision support system which based on guideline in future research and clinical practice.
