关于国控大气辐射环境自动监测站处置的分析和建议

摘　　要：截至目前,我国已完成建设501个国控大气辐射环境自动监测站(以下简称自动站),圆满完成“十三五”规划目标。但部分自动站已运行近16年,超出了自动站运行时间的预期,部分设备仪器存在老化、故障频繁、技术性能落后等问题,自动站面临报废处置情形。本文尝试从权属划分、处置标准、审批流程、处置方法等方面对自动站运行提出分析和建议。So far,our country has completed the construction of 501 national-controlled atmospheric radiation environment automatic monitoring stations,successfully completing the 13 th Five-Year Plan goal.However,some national-controlled automatic stations have been in operation for nearly 16 years,far beyond the expected operation time,facing the situation of scrap disposal.This paper tries to put forward some analysis and suggestions to the national-controlled automatic station from the aspects of ownership division,disposal standards,approval process,disposal methods and so on.
