摘 要:为考察不同粒径的厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)颗粒污泥的理化与脱氮特性,对比分析了粒径为1.0~1.5、1.5~2.0、2.0~2.5、>2.5 mm的Anammox颗粒污泥。结果表明,MLVSS、MLSS、VSS/SS、孔隙度、湿密度和TB-EPS与粒径呈正相关,含水率、SMP和LB-EPS都与粒径呈负相关,EEM结果显示色氨酸在粒径增长中起到重要作用。在2.0~2.5 mm时,TB-EPS中PN/PS达到最高,颗粒中蛋白质氨基酸吸收强度较高,含量最多,颗粒理化结构较为稳定。脱氮性能分析可知,在粒径为2.0~2.5 mm时,厌氧氨氧化活性相对最高。结合理化性质及脱氮性能的分析,应将粒径在2.0~2.5 mm范围内的Anammox颗粒污泥作为定向驯化与培养的目标。In order to investigate the physicochemical properties and nitrogen removal performance of Anammox granular sludge with different particle sizes,the Anammox granular sludge with diameters of 1.0~1.5,1.5~2.0,2.0~2.5,>2.5 mm were compared and analyzed.The analysis of physicochemical properties of anammox granular sludge with different particle sizes shows that porosity,wet density and TB-EPS were positively correlated with particle size,while moisture content,SMP and LB-EPS were negatively correlated with particle size.EEM results showed that tryptophan played an important role in particle size growth.At 2.0~2.5 mm,PN/PS reached the highest in TB-EPS,and the protein amino acid absorption intensity was the highest and the content was higher,and the physicochemical properties was stable.The anammox activity was the highest when the particle size was 2.0~2.5 mm.Combined with the analysis of physicochemical properties and nitrogen removal performance,Anammox granular sludge with particle size in the range of 2.0~2.5 mm should be taken as the target of directional acclimation and cultivation.
