摘  要:有机膦酸被广泛用于工业循环冷却水系统的阻垢和缓蚀,具有潜在的环境风险性。本文通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出纳米水合氧化锆(HZO),用于废水中氨基三亚甲基膦酸(NTMP)的吸附去除。考察了不同反应条件对NTMP吸附效果的影响,并对HZO进行了表征。结果表明,在pH=7时,HZO对NTMP的吸附容量可达12.08 mg P/g。动力学研究表明,该吸附行为符合伪二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温模型。同时,HZO具有良好的再生回用能力。Phosphonates are widely used as scale and corrosion inhibitors in industrial circulating cooling water systems,which have potential environmental risks.In this study,nano-hydrous zirconium oxide(HZO)was prepared by the sol-gel method and used for the adsorption removal of nitrilotris-methylenephosphonic acid(NTMP)from wastewater.The effect of different reaction conditions on NTMP adsorption was investigated,and the HZO was systematically characterized.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of HZO to NTMP could reach 12.08 mg P/g at pH 7.The kinetic study showed that the adsorption behavior accorded with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir adsorption isothermal model.At the same time,the HZO had good recycling ability.
