摘  要:采用低能耗、高效率的无泵水力空化装置联合臭氧对50 L罗丹明B溶液进行降解,使用功率仅为230w的电动机驱动自制螺旋桨和孔板水力空化装置。单独水力空化的降解效果非常低,臭氧与水力空化联合处理效果较好。臭氧的最佳流量为2 L/min,臭氧过多会导致气泡过多,抑制水力空化。臭氧流量为2 L/min,罗丹明B初始浓度分别为4、6、8、10 mg/L时,分别经过4、5、6、7 min后降解率接近100%。螺旋桨搅拌不仅促进了臭氧的利用,而且螺旋桨和孔板诱导的水力空化在联合降解中也发挥了重要作用。臭氧-无泵水力空化联合技术避免了大功率水泵的使用,具有能耗低、降解率高、处理能力大等优点,在污水处理中具有良好的实际应用前景。The 50 L Rhodamine B solution as organic wastewater was degraded by economical,simple,and efficient hydrodynamic cavitation(HC)combined with an ozone device.A self-made orifice plate induced the HC and propeller driven by an electromotor with 230 W power.The degradation conversion was minimal using the individual HC.The combined ozone and HC were superior for the treatment of the solution.The optimum flow rate of the ozone was 2 L/min,and too much ozone brought too much gas bubbles and inhibited the HC.When the flow rate of the ozone was 2 L/min,the conversion reached close to 100%after 4,5,6,and 7 min for initial concentrations of 4,6,8,and 10 mg/L,respectively.Propeller agitation promoted ozone utilization,and propeller and orifice plate-induced HC played an important role in the combined degradation.Avoided the use of high power pump,the combined ozone and HC technique showed an excellent prospect of practical application in sewage treatment due to the low energy consumption,high degradation rate,and large processing capacity.
