摘 要:为解决某化工园区企业收集的苯乙烯、苯酐生产类、生产生活类等高浓度综合有机废水难降解问题,采用UASB与活性污泥法工艺联用对该综合废水进行工业应用研究。总处理规模为2000 m^(3)/d,其中原水水质COD为1000~20000 mg/L,TN、TP、NH_(3)-N平均进水质量浓度为50、17、22 mg/L。运行结果表明,工艺稳定运行后COD出水为350 mg/L,TN、TP、NH_(3)-N平均出水质量浓度分别为15.9、2、1.3 mg/L,符合该地区污水处理厂的接管标准。To solve the problem of difficult degradation of highly concentrated integrated organic wastewater such as styrene,phthalic anhydride production class and production and domestic class collected from enterprises in a chemical park.The industrial application of comprehensive wastewater was studied by using UASB combined with an activated sludge process.The total treatment scale is 2000 m^(3)/d,where the raw water quality COD is 1000~20000 mg/L,and the average influent concentrations of TN,TP,and NH_(3)-N are 50 mg/L,17 mg/L and 22 mg/L.The operation results showed that the average effluent concentrations of COD,TN,TP and NH_(3)-N were 350 mg/L,15.9 mg/L,2 mg/L,and 1.3 mg/L after stable operation of the process,which are in line with the take-over standards of the wastewater treatment plant in the area.
