摘　　要：现有变电站防误系统可有效预防运行检修操作人员的误操作,但实际检修作业过程中依然存在误入带电区域、设备离线导致误操作、检修隔离缺乏技术关联、带临时接地线合开关的风险。针对这些问题,研究了基于超宽带高精度定位、远距离无线通信等物联感知技术的检修作业全过程安全管控方案。首先,依据变电站一次主接线图及变电站空间位置建模数据,构建异构拓扑网络,根据检修需要自动形成虚拟电子围栏,指定作业范围,闭锁作业范围内所有设备远方操作权限;作业过程中,通过高精度定位网络,实现对操作人员及临时接地线的实时定位管控;通过无线网络实现电脑钥匙及智能地线实时在线,保障操作过程实时管控,地线状态实时感知,最终实现对检修作业的全过程安全管控。The existing anti-error system of substation can effectively prevent the misoperation of operation and maintenance operators.However,in the actual maintenance process,there are still risks of straying into live areas,offline equipment leading to misoperation,lack of technical relevance in maintenance and isolation,and switchingon with temporary grounding wire.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies a security control scheme for the whole process of overhaul operation based on Internet of Things(IoT)perception technologies such as ultrawideband high-precision positioning and remote wireless communication.According to the primary substation wiring diagram and substation spatial location modeling data,the heterogeneous topological network is constructed;virtual electronic fence is automatically formed according to the maintenance needs;the operation range is specified,and the remote operation permission of all equipment within the scope of work is locked.Then,in the process of operation,the high-precision positioning network is used to realize real-time positioning control of operators and temporary ground wires.Finally,wireless network helps to achieve computer keys and intelligent ground wire real-time online so as to ensure real-time control of operation processes and real-time grounding status perception,thus realizing the safety control of the whole process of overhaul operation.
