摘 要:青塘遗址在半露天环境中出现了开裂、粉化等病害,但对潮湿地区土遗址的化学加固方法尚处于探索阶段,为保护青塘遗址,兼顾研究与参观需要,对使用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯板物理支护土遗址的可行性进行研究很有必要。通过检测湿热老化不同时间后样品的表面硬度、弯曲强度、表面接触角、色差、透光率和表面显微形态,对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯抗湿热老化性能进行讨论,另外也通过文献查阅和实验验证对其抗光老化性能进行讨论,并在青塘遗址黄门岩2号洞进行了现场保护实验。研究结果表明,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯具有良好的抗湿热老化性能,但抗光老化性能较差。现场试验表明,在遗址上有保护棚的情况下,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯板支护对遗址起到了良好的保护效果。The Qingtang site has shown signs of damage such as cracking and pulverization in the semi-exposed environment.However,the chemical reinforcement methods for earthen sites in humid areas are still in the exploratory stage.In order to protect the Qingtang site while balancing research and visitor needs,it is necessary to study the feasibility of using poly-methyl methacrylate(PMMA)boards to physically support and protect the earthen sites.The study examined the anti-hygrothermal and anti-light aging properties of PMMA,and tested the surface hardness,flexural strength,contact angle,color difference,light transmittance,surface micromorphology of the samples after hygrothermal aging for different times,and resistance to light aging of the samples was also discussed through literature review and experimental verification.Field protection experiments were also conducted at the Huangmenyan Cave No.2 in the Qingtang Site.The research results showed that PMMA has good anti-hygrothermal aging properties,but poor resistance to light aging.Moreover,The field experiments showed that with a protective shed in place,the use of PMMA boards for support provided good protection for the site.
