摘　　要：以β-环糊精(β-CD)和氯金酸为原料,制备了β-环糊精包被的金纳米粒子(β-CD@Au NPs),通过TEM、FTIR、UV-Vis和荧光光谱表征了β-CD@Au NPs的结构及光学特征。基于β-CD@Au NPs对罗丹明B(RB)的荧光猝灭、性激素(孕酮、雌二醇、睾酮)对β-CD@AuNPs-RB体系荧光的恢复现象,构建了高选择性、高灵敏度的β-CD@AuNPs-RB荧光探针用于检测性激素。结果表明,0~7.5μg/g的孕酮与β-CD@Au NPs-RB的荧光恢复率呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(R^(2))为0.992,检测限为0.047μg/g。另将此β-CD@Au NPs-RB用于检测雌二醇和睾酮,β-CD@Au NPs-RB的荧光恢复率与0~15μg/g的性激素呈良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.99),检测限分别为0.15和0.37μg/g。将β-CD@AuNPs-RB荧光探针用于爽肤水中性激素的测定,性激素回收率为95.00%~104.67%,相对标准偏差≤4.7%。Gold nanoparticles coated withβ-CD(β-CD@AuNPs)were synthesized fromβ-Cyclodextrin(β-CD)and chlorauric acid,and characterized by TEM,FTIR,UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra for structural and optical property analysis.A fluorescence probe(β-CD@AuNPs-RB)with high selectivity and sensitivity was then constructed for sex hormone detection based on the quenching of Rhodamine B(RB)fluorescence byβ-CD@AuNPs and the fluorescence recovery ofβ-CD@AuNPs-RB with sex hormone(progesterone,estradiol,testosterone).The results showed that the correlation between fluorescence recovery rate ofβ-CD@AuNPs-RB and progesterone in the range of 0~7.5μg/g was linear with the linear correlation coefficient(R^(2))of 0.992 and the detection limit to 0.047μg/g.Meanwhile,it was also found that there was a good linear correlation between fluorescence recovery rate ofβ-CD@AuNPs-RB and estradiol or testosterone from 0μg/g to 15μg/g with R^(2)>0.99 and the detection limit of 0.15 and 0.37μg/g,respectively.Furthermore,when theβ-CD@AuNPs-RB fluorescence probe was used for the determination of sex hormone content in skin care toner,the recovery rate of sex hormone was 95.0%~104.67%and relative standard deviation was less than 4.7%.
