摘 要:为了准确评价矿井通风系统的稳定性等级,首先从矿井通风系统效果评定角度出发,选取了9个具有经济技术评价效果的指标构建评价指标体系;其次,传统G1法的基础上,采用多专家互相打分的方式,定义专家权重,建立群组G1法,计算评价指标的主观权重;再次,用CRITIC(Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation)法计算评价指标的客观权重,然后,基于博弈论纳什均衡思想,优化主客观加权系数,计算得到各评价指标的最终权重;最后,引入集对分析理论建立矿井通风系统评价模型,并利用该模型对10组矿井样本进行评价,结果表明,该模型对矿井通风系统的评价是有效可行的,而且可以对其发展趋势进行预警,与优劣解距离法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)和组合赋权法相比,对矿井通风系统的评价有更好的适应性。The purpose of this study is to introduce an evaluation model for testing the stability of the mine ventilation system. By this, it is expected to shed light on the accurate evaluation of its stability level. This study started with a detailed introduction to the development of mine ventilation system safety evaluation in three aspects, that is,(1) the evaluation of the index system,(2) the determination of the index weights, and(3) the selection of the evaluation methods. Based on reviews of relevant laws and regulations and the synthesis of existing literature, this study then constructed an evaluation framework for the mine ventilation system with 9 indicators with the effect of economic and technical evaluation and five evaluation levels from Mine ventilation system effect evaluation perspectives. After that, based on the traditional method of G1 subjective weighting, it adopted a multi-expert examination, defined the weight of experts, and established the group G1 method reasonably reflected their differences. Therein, the subjective weight of evaluation indexes was calculated after reducing the subjective influence of expert evaluation. In addition, the Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation(CRITIC) objective weighting method, based on the principle of entropy, was used to calculate the objective weight of evaluation indexes. Then, based on the idea of game theory Nash equilibrium, this study optimized the subjective and objective weighting coefficients and calculated the final weights of each evaluation index. Lastly, the systematic analysis method-set-pair analysis theory was introduced to deal with uncertain problems. Specifically, it determines the linkage between the measured value of each evaluation index and the evaluation level according to the characteristics of evaluation index types.
