摘  要:基于共生度模型构建包括科创企业、科技金融机构、科技服务环境和政府4方面在内的科技金融生态安全综合评价指标体系,结合熵权法测算我国2011-2020年的科技金融生态安全状态,并借助障碍度模型研究科技金融生态安全各因素对科技金融生态安全状态影响程度的大小。结果表明,2011-2020年我国各省域科技金融生态安全状态均有不同程度的提升,平均从V级不安全状态升为Ⅲ级临界安全状态,其中56.67%省域的科技金融生态安全等级提升,没有省域出现降级情况。3大地区“东-中-西”呈现从高到低排列的发展态势,各地区差异明显且逐年缩小。结合障碍度模型计算,总体来看,10 a内科创企业要素的障碍度呈上升趋势,科技金融机构、科技服务环境和政府3个要素的障碍度呈波动下降的变化趋势。目前科创企业要素是阻碍我国总体科技金融生态安全水平的主要因素,其中东部和中部地区的主要障碍因素为政府要素,西部地区的主要障碍因素为科创企业要素。Based on the symbiosis model,the comprehensive evaluation index system of science and technology financial ecological security is constructed,including science and technology enterprises,science and technology financial institutions,science and technology service environment,and government.The state of science and technology financial ecological security in China from 2011 to 2020 is estimated by the entropy weight method.With the help of the obstacle degree model,the influence of each factor on the state of science and technology financial ecological security is studied.The results show that from 2011 to 2020,the ecological security status of science and technology finance in all provinces of China increased to different degrees,and the average status increased from V level of insecurity toⅢlevel of critical safety.Among them,56.67% of provinces improved the security level of science and technology financial ecology,and no province degraded.The three regions show the development trend of“East-Central-West”from high to low,with obvious regional differences and decreasing year by year.Combined with the calculation of the obstacle degree model,the obstacle degree of the elements of science and technology enterprises shows an upward trend in the past decade,while the obstacle degree of the three elements of science and technology financial institutions,science and technology service environment and government shows a fluctuating downward trend.2011 is the year with the largest obstacle degree for science and technology financial institutions.From 2012 to 2014,the government factor obstacle degree is the highest.The obstacle degree of science and technology service environment in 2015-2016 is the highest.The obstacle degree of science and technology innovation enterprises in 2017-2020 is the highest.At present,the factor of science and technology enterprises is the main factor hindering the overall level of security of science and technology financial ecology in China,among which the main obstacle in the easter
