单螺杆压缩机增压槽道内喷液成膜特性研究

摘  要:为厘清单螺杆压缩机喷液压缩过程中喷入液体的运动状态、弥散分布和成膜铺展特性,实现喷液参数的合理调控,根据单螺杆压缩机基本结构和多圆柱复合包络啮合副空间啮合原理,建立了单条螺旋槽道的三维空间扭曲槽道模型,并依据螺旋槽道几何特征及啮合副相对运动关系对模型进行了简化。基于简化模型,利用计算流体动力学软件开展了喷液压缩过程中工作腔内部水气液两相流动过程的数值模拟研究,分析了变工况下喷入液体在增压槽道内的弥散分布和成膜特性以及介质压力和温度、螺杆转动速度、喷液流量和速度等关键运行参数对其影响规律。研究结果表明:喷入的液体在壁面上汇聚成膜,随着腔内压力的上升,形成液膜平均厚度呈下降趋势;腔内温度自80℃上升到200℃,液膜平均厚度变化不大,上下波动范围在8.3%以内;螺杆转子转速过快或者喷液速度过慢都会使得喷入液体还未接触壁面就被星轮撵出槽道,进而降低压缩过程的冷却效果;喷液流量的增大将有效提升形成液膜的平均厚度,可以有效防止泄漏。This paper aims to clarify the motion state,dispersion distribution and film spreading characteristics of the liquid injected during the compression process of the single screw compressor,and realize the rational control of liquid injection parameters.A three-dimensional space-twisted groove model of a single spiral groove is established according to the basic structure of the single screw compressor and the spatial meshing principle of multicolumn envelope meshing pair.The model is simplified according to the geometric characteristics of the spiral groove and the relative motion relationship of the meshing pair.Based on the simplified model,the water-steam two-phase flow process in the working chamber is numerically simulated during the injected liquid compression process by using computational fluid dynamics software.Then,analysis is carried out on the dispersion distribution and film forming characteristics of the injected liquid in the pressurizing channel under variable working conditions,as well as on the influence of key operating parameters such as the medium pressure and temperature,screw rotation speed,liquid injection flow rate and speed.The results show that the injected liquid converges on the wall to form a film,and the average thickness of the formed film decreases with the increase of pressure.When the temperature in the cavity rises from 80℃to 200℃,the average thickness of the liquid film does not change much,i.e.fluctuating within 8.3%.If the rotating speed of the screw rotor is too high or the liquid spraying speed is too low,the injected liquid will be driven out of the channel by the star wheel before reaching the wall,thus reducing the cooling effect in the compression process.The average thickness of the liquid film can be effectively improved by increasing the spray liquid flow rate,which can effectively prevent leakage.
