摘  要:目前渤海油田相对高温油田较多,随着水驱开发深入,含水上升速度加快,平面、纵向矛盾日益突出。目前油田作业公司稳油控水技术方面欠缺耐高温的凝胶调剖体系,尤其是在线调剖体系,无技术积淀。为解决这一问题,对耐高温聚合物进行了筛选,从不同聚合物、交联剂以及助剂之间的复配方面着手,探索影响高温成胶及热稳定性的各种因素,完成聚合物质量分数、交联剂质量分数以及助剂优选,另采用Sydansk凝胶代码法明确体系的成胶强度及成胶时间。优选得出3种凝胶配方体系,体系一:0.2%~1.0%AS+0.1%~0.5%A1+0.1%~0.5%B1+0.6%~1.8%络合剂1+0.5%除氧剂;体系二:0.2%~1.0%AS+0.1%~0.5%A1+0.1%~0.5%B1+0.3%填充剂+0.5%辅助交联剂;体系三:0.2%~1.0%AS+0.1%~0.5%A1+0.1%~0.5%B1+0.6%~1.8%络合剂2+0.5%除氧剂。At present,there are many relatively high-temperature oilfields in Bohai oilfield.With the deepening of water drive development,the rising rate of water cut is accelerated,and the plane and vertical contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent.At present,there is no high temperature gel profile control system in oilfield operation company,especially on-line profile control system,without technical accumulation.In order to solve this problem,high temperature resistant polymers were screened,and various factors affecting high temperature gelation and thermal stability were explored from the combination of different polymers,crosslinking agents and additives.The mass fraction of polymer,the mass fraction of crosslinking agent and the assistant were optimized,and the gel strength and gelation time of the system were determined by Sydansk gel code.Three gel formulations were selected,SystemⅠ:0.2%~1.0%AS+0.1%~0.5%A1+0.1%~0.5%B1+0.6%~1.8%complexing agent1+0.5%deaerator;SystemⅡ:0.2%~1.0%AS+0.1%~0.5%A1+0.1%~0.5%B1+0.3%filler+0.5%auxiliary crosslinking agent;SystemⅢ:0.2%~1.0%AS+0.1%~0.5%A1+0.1%~0.5%B1+0.6%~1.8%complexing agent 2+0.5%deaerator.
