摘  要:实验以煤矸石、滑石和氧化铝为主要原料,以稀土金属氧化物氧化铈(CeO2)为烧结助剂,将试样分别在1 225、1 250、1 275、1 300℃的温度下保温3 h,主要研究CeO_(2)的引入量(质量分数)分别为0、1%、2%、3%、4%时,试样基本物理性能和物相组成的变化规律。结果表明:当试样在1 300℃的烧成温度下保温3 h,CeO_(2)的引入量为2%(质量分数)时,试样的体积密度为0.87 g·cm^(-3),显气孔率为68.58%,吸水率为78.68%,且通过XRD表征试样中堇青石相的纯度较高,说明以煤矸石为主要原料、CeO2为烧结助剂可在较低温度下合成具有一定基础性能的堇青石多孔陶瓷,为堇青石的低温合成技术和煤矸石的综合利用奠定一定的理论基础。In the experiment,coal gangue,talc and alumina were used as the main raw materials,and rare earth metal oxide cerium oxide was used as the sintering agent.The samples were sintering for 3 h at 1225℃,1250℃,1275℃and 1300℃,respectively.The changes of basic physical properties and phase composition of the samples were studied when the CeO_(2) was introduced into the samples at mass fraction of 0,1%,2%,3% or 4%,respectively.Experimental results showed that,when the sample was held at 1300℃ for 3 h and mass fraction 2%CeO_(2) was introduced,the volume density of the sample was 0.87g·cm^(-3),the apparent porosity was 68.58%,and the water absorption was 78.68%.The purity of cordierite phase in the sample was characterized by XRD,indicating that coal gangue was used as the main raw material.CeO_(2) could be used as sintering assistant to synthesize porous cordierite ceramics with certain basic properties at low temperature,which could lay a theoretical foundation for the synthesis technology of cordierite at low temperature and the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue.
