摘 要:脉冲筛板萃取塔是核工业等领域中最常用的萃取设备之一,为深入了解脉冲筛板萃取塔中两相流行为规律,使用CFD-PBM模型对脉冲筛板萃取塔中由有机相(30%TBP-正十二烷)、水相(HNO_(3)水溶液)组成的体系进行两相流过程模拟分析,模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好,分散相存留分数和Sauter平均液滴直径的相对偏差仅为8.28%和5.54%;随脉冲速度增加,Sauter平均液滴直径减小,液滴直径分布更均匀,分散相存留分数增加,特性速度减小;两相表观速度对液滴直径影响较小,分散相表观流速增加有利于提高分散相存留分数,而连续相表观流速影响不大;发生液泛时分散相液泛表观速度随连续相液泛表观速度增大而减小,随脉冲速度增加液泛通量先增后减,存在极值。The pulsed sieve plate extraction column is one of the most commonly used extraction equipments in the nuclear industry and other fields.In order to understand the two-phase flow behavior in the pulse sieve plate extraction column,CFD-PBM model was used to simulate the two-phase flow process of the system consisting of organic phase(30%TBP-n-dodecane)and aqueous phase(aqueous HNO_3 solution)in the pulse sieve plate extraction column,the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental data,the relative deviation of disperse phase hold-up and Sauter mean droplet diameter were only 8.28%and 5.54%;With the increase of pulse velocity,the Sauter mean droplet diameter decreased,the droplet diameter distribution was more uniform,the disperse phase hold-up increased and the characteristic velocity decreased;The influence of apparent velocity of two phases on droplet diameter was small,and the increase of apparent flow velocity of disperse phase was beneficial to improve the disperse phase retention fraction,while the apparent flow velocity of continuous phase had little influence;When liquid flooding occurred,the apparent velocity of liquid flooding of disperse phase increased with the increase of apparent velocity of continuous.The apparent velocity of liquid flooding in the dispersed phase decreased with the increase of the apparent velocity of liquid flooding in the continuous phase,and the liquid flooding flux increased and then decreased with the increase of the pulse velocity,and there were extreme values.
