摘 要:某炼厂乙烯裂解装置重质炉以柴油为原料进行裂解,由于初次投用柴油(馏程180~352℃)运行缺少设计的最佳操作参数指导,导致乙烯总体收率低,且乙烯收率随时间逐渐降低,存在优化空间。为解决以上问题,采用SPYRO软件对该乙烯裂解装置重质炉进行了详细的模拟计算。通过流程模拟不同P/E下,乙烯收率、丙烯收率、裂解炉出口温度(COT)、绝压比(物料进入文丘里管后的压力与进入文丘里管前的绝对压力比值)等随稀释比(稀释蒸汽流量与进料流量比值)的变化规律。通过优化,在最佳条件P/E为0.54、稀释比为0.78时,通过逐步提高COT的方式,可以实现乙烯保持较高收率。经计算,乙烯收率可提高0.19%(质量分数),丙烯收率可提高0.26%(质量分数)。预计优化方案实施后,每年可提高经济收益155 1万元,可显著提高企业的经济效益。In a refinery,the heavy furnace of ethylene cracking unit uses diesel as feedstock.Due to the lack of optimized operation guidance for the diesel cracking as the first time,the overall ethylene yield is low,and the ethylene yield gradually decreases with time,which shows the optimization space.In order to solve the above problems,the heavy cracking furnace has been detailed simulated and calculated by the SPYRO software.By the process simulation,the variation of ethylene yield,propylene yield,COT and absolute pressure ratio with the change of the law of dilution ratio(ratio of dilution steam flow to feed flow)under different P/E were calculated.The results showed that,under the best conditions of P/E 0.54 and dilution ratio 0.78,ethylene yield could be maintained at a high level.The ethylene yield was increased by 0.19%,and the propylene yield was increased by 0.26%.After the implementation of the optimization scheme,the economic benefit was increased by 15.51 million Yuan per year,which improved the economic benefit for the company.
