摘  要:针对陆丰14-4油田古近系低渗储层保护技术难题,通过储层岩心矿物组成、微观结构、理化性能及敏感性评价实验,探讨了陆丰14-4油田储层损害机理,并提出了相应的储层保护钻井液技术对策,构建了适合陆丰14-4油田的储层保护钻井液体系。研究结果表明:陆丰14-4油田目标地层为低孔低渗储层,发育有不同尺度的微孔隙、微裂缝,岩石矿物组成以石英为主,黏土矿物含量较低,速敏、水敏损害中等偏弱,临界矿化度160 000 mg·L^(-1),碱敏损害中等,临界pH值9.0,无酸敏损害。钻井过程中的储层损害类型主要包括固相侵入损害、水锁损害及敏感性损害,优选高效防水锁剂、优化暂堵剂类型及粒度级配是保护储层的主要技术措施。所构建的储层保护钻井液热滚前后流变性能稳定,且降滤失性及润滑性能较好,污染后的岩心渗透率恢复值大于80%,具有较好的储层保护性能,且其可抗10%NaCl、1%CaCl2、8%劣土污染,能够满足陆丰14-4油田储层钻井及储层保护的技术要求。Aiming at the technical problems of Paleogene low permeability reservoirs protection in LF14-4 oilfield,through the evaluation experiments of reservoir core mineral composition,microstructure,physical and chemical properties and sensitivity,the damage mechanism of reservoirs in LF14-4 oilfield was discussed,the corresponding technical countermeasures of reservoir protection drilling fluid were put forward,and the reservoir protection drilling fluid for LF14-4 oilfield was optimized.The research results showed that the target strata of LF14-4 oilfield were low porosity and low permeability reservoirs with micropores and microfractures.The rock mineral composition is mainly quartz and the content of clay minerals is low.The damage of reservoir rocks velocity sensitivity and water sensitivity is medium and weak,the critical mineralization is 160000 mg·L^(-1),the damage of alkali sensitivity is medium,the critical pH value is 9.0,and there is no acid sensitivity damage.The types of reservoir damage during drilling mainly include solid invasion damage,water block damage and sensitivity damage.Optimizing the type and particle size ratio of temporary plugging agent and optimizing efficient waterproof locking agent are the main technical measures to protect reservoir.The optimized reservoir protection drilling fluid has stable rheological properties before and after hot rolling,and has good filtration reduction and lubrication performance.The recovery value of core permeability after pollution is greater than 80%,which proves that the optimized drilling fluid has good reservoir protection performance.It can resist 10% NaCl,1%CaCl_(2) and 8% poor quality clay pollution,and can meet the technical requirements of reservoir drilling and reservoir protection in LF14-4 oilfield.
