摘 要:以柠檬酸厂IC反应器的颗粒污泥为接种污泥启动UASB反应器处理垃圾渗滤液,探讨了启动后不同阶段容积负荷、水力停留时间、p H等主要运行参数对COD去除率的影响。低容积负荷接种污泥逐步适应废水水质,随着容积负荷提高,COD去除率也逐步提高,容积负荷为8~9 kg COD/(m~3·d),水力停留时间为18 h,p H控制在6.8~7.2,产酸菌和产甲烷菌的活性高,COD去除率大于70%。The granular sludge from IC reactor of citric acid plant was used as inoculated sludge to start UASB reactor.The influences of main operation parameters such as volumetric load,hydraulic retention time and p H on COD removal rate were discussed in different stages of start-up process.The low volume load inoculated sludge gradually adapted to the wastewater quality,and the COD removal rate gradually increased with the increase of the volume load,and the optimal volume load was 8~9 kg COD/(m~3·d).High or low hydraulic retention time was not conducive to COD removal,and the hydraulic retention time was 18 h.When the p H value was controlled between 6.8 and 7.2,the activity of acid-producing bacteria and methanogens was very high,and the COD removal rate is basically above 70%.
