摘  要:重型燃气轮机空心轴转子的呼吸裂纹严重威胁设备的作业安全,为找到有效的裂纹诊断方法,利用Newmark-β方法求解空心轴裂纹转子轴承系统方程,并结合余弦模型、转子动力学理论和有限元方法得到振动响应。当空心轴呼吸裂纹转子的裂纹深度、裂纹位置、不平衡量大小及相位发生变化时,分析频谱图、时域特征和轴心轨迹图的变化规律,确定空心轴呼吸裂纹转子故障特征参数为亚临界转速下的3×频率成分。Breathing cracks in hollow shaft rotors of heavy-duty gas turbines pose a serious threat to the operational safety of the equipment.In order to find an effective crack diagnosis method,Newmarkmethod is used to solve the equation of the bearing system of the cracked rotor of the hollow shaft,and in conjunction of the cosine model,rotor dynamics theory and finite element method,the vibration response is obtained.When the crack depth,crack location,unbalance and phase of the breathing-cracked rotor of the hollow shaft change,the change patterns of the spectrogram,time-domain characteristics and axis trajectory diagram are analyzed to determine that the fault characteristic parameter of the breathing-cracked rotor of the hollow shaft is 3 frequency components at subcritical rotational speed.
